BEQUESTS UNDER WILL
Substantial Sums Left CATHOLIC ORGANISATIONS By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Nov. 18. Substantial bequests to the Roman Catholic Church are made under the will of the late Annie Harrington, whose estate has been sworn at £14,000. The bequests are for many Catholic organisations In the Dunedin district, except £5OO for the Order of the Sisters of the Lewisham Hospital, Sydney. £lOOO goes to the Holy Cross College, Mosgiel, for the provision of a Harrington bursary for education for th priesthood. After certain personal legacies and subject to several life interests the residue is bequeathed to the Dunedin Roman Catholic bishop for the benefit of the church.
