Claim for New Process
QUALITIES DESCRIBED
London, Oct. 28.
The perfection of a process for the extensive production of artificial wool was announced by Mr. Dreyfus at the meeting of the British Celanese Company. He said that the new material could replace natural wool. It possessed temperature-resistant qualities and could be manufactured more cheaply than the natural article. Furthermore, It would give the trade exemption from the fluctuations in wool prices and also the necessity of placing orders long in advance.
