Mr. H. S. Gullett, Commonwealth Minister of Customs, who has suffered a complete breakdown in health since his return from the Ottawa Conference, and is unable to attend Parliament. Fears are expressed that his condition is so serious that he may be compelled to resign from the Ministry.
