TRIAL AND SENTENCE
Dunedin Supreme Court By Telegraph.—Press Association. . Dunediu, Oct. 27. Prisoners were sentenced in the Dunedin session of the Supremo Court to-day. Francis Charles de Bazin, aged 18, on ten charges of breaking, entering and tbeft, was sentenced to three years’ reformative detention; Arthur Ryan, aged 26. for indecent assault on a male; to IS months’ reformative detention; George Patrick Abernethy, aged 22, on three charges of burglary, to two years’ reformative detention; Richard James Kean, aged 18. on three charges of burglary, to three years’ probation; and James Winning, aged 22, charged with burglary, to IS months’ reformative detention.
