SOLICITOR CHARGED
Case at Auckland By Telegraph—Press Auckland, Oct. 26. A solicitor, aged 37, Matthew Prus't Stewart, was charged this morning with stealing £lOO, the property of F. C. Litchfield, on July 11, 1930, and was remanded to appear on November 10. Bail was allowed. The police said that accused himself estimated his defalcations at £l6OO or £l7OO.
