Liquidator’s Allegation DIRECTORS CHARGED Sydney, September 5. Three well-known city men, Messrs. W. J. Curtis, K. 0., H. D. Mclntosh, and E. Covell, have been charged on the information of A. J. Parsons, liquidator in Rickards’ Tivoli Theatres, with having, while directors of the Tivoli Company, misapplied a cheque for £13,570, also with conspiring to deal fradulently with a theatre property. Counsel for the defence said that complete answers could be given on all the matters mentioned. Hearing was adjourned to September 19, in order that certain informatio' be afforded the defence.
