Brisbane-Sydney Goods Train Sydney, September 5. A serious train derailment occurred on the North Coast line near Grafton. The night goods express from Brisbane to Sydney, with thirteen wagons' of perishables, tropical fruits, and farm produce, was rounding a curve at 40 miles an hour when ten vans left the rails and piled up at the side of the line. The train crew had a miraculous escape from injury. The permanent way was torn up for a considerable distance, causing complete dislocation of the inter-State passenger service.
