Negotiations Suggested By Telegraph,—Press Association. Auckland, August IS. The Auckland Chamber of Commerce decided to suggest 'to the Prime Minister that the Government should instruct the Hon. W. Downie Stewart, Minister of Finance, before returning to New Zealand to visit the United States with the object of negotiating a trade agreement.
