Reference to the trouble which took place at the recent Toa-Hospital women’s hockey match at Porirua was made at last evening’s meeting of the Wellington Hockey Referees’ Association, the chairman. Mr, J. C. Cusack, remarking that as the matter was purely one for the consideration of the Ladies’ Hockey Association, the Referees’ Association could carry it no further.
