PART OF WHALEBOAT
Wreckage Identified FIND NEAR BLACK HEAD The Marine Department was yesterday informed by tlie postmaster at Porangahau that the cabin top found near Black Head early last week had been identified by a local resident as being part of a whale-boat used in that vicinity last summer. It was at first thought that the wreckage might have been part of the missing launch Advance, which left Napier on July 5 for Wanganui with three men on board and has not since been heard of.
