DECREE NISI MADE
Undefended Divorce Petition A petition for divorce by Thomas Russell Elliott, farmer, of Greytown, from bis wife, Hannah Longmuir Elliott, on the ground of non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal rights, came before Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court-yesterday. Petitioner said he was married on July 16, 1918. In May, 1932, an order was served on his wife for restitution of conjugal rights. This had not been complied with, and she had not returned to live with him. His Honour granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute after three months. The nn*. <tof«mded-
