SIDE-CHAIR CAPSIZE
Passenger Fatally Injured By Telegraph—Press Assodatica. Auckland, August Severe injuries to the head which later proved fatal were received by Mr. James Graham Johnston, an electrician, aged 29, when a motor-cycle and sidecar in which he was a passenger capsized. Mr. Johnston, who resided at Area Hill, was riding in a side-car outfit being driven by Mr, William Tuck, et Kingsland. The accident happened as the machine was turning from Third Avenue into Kingsland Avenue. The injured man was taken to Auckland Hospital, but died at an early hour this morning. The rider of tho machine escaped uninjured.
