NEW POLITICAL PARTY
Farmer-Labour Combination (Rec. July 28, 8.35 p.m.) Saskatoon, July 27. The Farmers and Labourites of Saskatchewan completed the union of their political forces to-day, and selected Mr. M. J. Coldwell, of Regina, as their leader. The new party 'urges the establishment of a planned system of social economy for the production, distribution, and exchange of goods and services, socialisation of banking credit and the financial system of the country, together with social ownership, development, operation, and control of utilities and natural resources.
