High Hopes for Ottawa MUTUAL ADVANTAGE British Delegation Sails s (Rec. July 14, 5.5 p.m.) official wireies*. Rugby, July 13. The British delegation to the Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa embarked for Canada in the Empress of Britain at Southampton this afternoon. The delegation is led by Mr. Stanley Baldwin, Lord President of the Council, and comprises MT. Neville Chamberlain, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Lord Hailsham, Secretary for ’ War Mr. J. H.
