MIDWIFERY EXAMS
Maternity Nurses’ Passes WELLINGTON DOES WELL Successful candidates in the State Examination for Midwives and Maternity Nurses at the beginning of the month are listed below. Wellington St. Helens Hospital entrants were singularly successful, Nurse Alice Wallace being first for the Dominion in the midwives’ examination, and Nurse Agnes Myrtle East tying with Nurse N. M. Gordon, Hamilton, for first place for New Zealand in the maternity nurses’ section. Honours candidates secured 75 per cent, or more, but the order in which the names are given is no indication of the marks gained:— Midwives.
