DESTRUCTIVE GRUB
In Gisborne District CARROT CROPS SUFFER By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, June 25. The carrot crops in the Gisborne district are suffering from the depredations of a green grub, which is believed to be a recent importation from Australia. The Department of Agriculture asks that it be carefully watched, so that Its significance may be ascertained.
