British at Hollywood Universal Studios lay claim to having tile largest English colony in Hollywood, with a baker's dozen of British subjects occupying important positions in the organisation. Margaret Lindsey, recently added to the studio stock company, made her success on the English stage, and, lastly, Henry Macßae, in charge Of serial production, is British.

Shooting has commenced at the British and Dominions Studios, Borehani Wood, on “Thark,” the farce by Ben Travers,. with Ralph Lyn and Tom Walls star- ■ ring. They head a cast which includes Mary Brough, Robertson Hare, Claude Hulbert, and Evelyn Bostock. Toni Walls, who has just finished work on “Leap Year,” is directing.
