Bank of France’s Withdrawal New York, June 14. The Bank of France virtually completed tlie withdrawal of its New York balances on Tuesday, when 49,995,100 dollars in gold were set aside for foreign account at the Federal Reserve Bank. This was learned from authoritative banking quarters.
