As the sequel to a collision between two motor-cars at Norsewood In April of last year, a claim for damages and a counter-claim were heard by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the Dannevirkc Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Carroll M. T. Adams, an employee of the Wellington Harbour Board, claimed from A. Gentlall. traveller, of Wellington. the sum of £39/12/3, while the defendant counter-claimed for £92/11/8. Each alleged that the other had been driving in a negligent manner, and had been the cause of the collision. Judgment was entered for irtainliff f.r £35. with witnesses’ expenses, court costs, and solicitor’s fee. The counter-claim for £92/11/8 was dismissed.
