CONCERTS TN HOSPITAL
Victoria Patients Entertained A most enjoyable concert was given to the patients in the Men’s Ward of the Victoria Hospital by Miss Boesicy's pupils. Items were given by the following: Misses Vera Boesley, Hazel Rowe, Webb, Lamont, Hcadifen, Gladys Webb and (Messrs. Charles Wilkie, G. Naylor, S. Harris. A hearty vote of thanks was given to the performers on behalf of Miss Cookson, tiie iady superintendent, Sister Lees, the nurses and the patients. A delightful concert was also given to the patients in the Women’s Ward of the Victoria Hospital by the Rev. Air. Harding’s Bible class (Baptist Church, Petonc), ou Tuesday evening last. Some very good items were given, including sougs. ' pianoforte solos, sketches, violin solos and elocutionary items. A hearty vote of thanks was given by Mr. C. Campbel) on behalf of Miss Cookson, the lady superintendent, Nurse Austin, charge nurse, the nurses, and the patients. FREE ADVICE ON HAIR!
