PALMERSTON FREE AMBULANCE Not Recognised by County Sonson, April 13. The movement now on foot in Palmerston North for the establishment of a free ambulance for Palmerston North and district was briefly discussed at yesterday’s meeting of the Manawatu County Council. The council decided to advise the Free Ambulance Committee that it was not prepared to officially recognise a free ambulance service for the Palmerston North Hospital District.
