The Bank of International Settlements has renewed the three months’ credits granted the National Banks in Austria, Hungary, aud Jugo-Slavia. * <■ * A New Zealander, E. H. Arnold, won the Diploma of Agriculture at the Hawkesbury Agricultural College, New South Wales. He receives the principal’s gold medal for dux, the Fairfax Prize for first aggregate, the Royal Agricultural Society’s prize for the best practical student, and a prize for an essay ou a western tour.
