NO CONCESSIONS
Peace Negotiations at Shanghai TRANSFER TO GENEVA By Telegraph—Press -Assn.—Copyright. (Rec. April 13, 0.30 a.m.) Shanghai, April 12. It is now certain that the outstanding issues in the Sino-Japanese dispute will be transferred to Geneva, following the local deadlock. No possibility is seen of a resumption of negotiations here until the League Assembly clarifies the resolution responsible for the armistice, particularly on the point of Japanese evacuation. The British Minister. Sir Miles Lampson, has indicated the impossibility of continuing the discussions while both sides are determined to make no further concessions.
