Tn the Criminal Court at Melbourne. Mr. Justice MacFarlane sentenced three men—James Adams. 30. Harold Williams, 27, and Hugh Martin, 29— to twenty years’ imprisonment, and also ordered each a flogging of fifteen lashes for robbery in' company and shooting zwith intent to do grievous bodily harm to Constable Derham. The prisoners were associated In a sensational robbery and shooting at Cole’s City Stores. Constable Derham was seriously Injured.
