NTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on April 4, 1932, the following resolution was passed: —The Wellington City Council hereby makes by Speciqi Order the following By-law under and by virtue of and in exercise of and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by The Munieip.il Corporations Act, 1920, ami its Amendments and of all other Acts powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The short title of this By-law is “The Wellington City Amendment Bylaw No. 78. 1932.” The object ami purport of the By-law are:—(D lo prohibit all-night parking of motor vehicles in the city. (2) To prohibit the unauthorised use ot lints and buildings on water catchment areas. (3) 'to increase the fees for the use of taxi and express stands.
