S.W. Africa’s Constitution

Cape Town, April 9.
The Prime Minister, General Ilertzog, has agreed to make important changes in the constitution of the mandated territory of South West Africa, including the acknowledgment of German ns the third official language there on a basis of full equality with English and Afrikaans.
