Floating Dock Arrives.— After five and a half months at sea the Wellington Jubilee Floating Dock arrived yesterday and entered Port Nicholson. (1) Captain Spence (harbourmaster) photographed with Captain Hurt, of the Zwiirte Zee, and Captain B. Weltevrde, of the Witte Zee, the tugs which towed the dock. (2) A few of the jovial men who manned the tugs. (3) The Muritai, packed with spectators who made a trip down to the Heads. (4) The giant floating dock as it looked entering Wellington Heads at 5.27 p.m. —“Dominion” photos.
