HINKLER TELLS HOW

Real Way to See the World London, December 13. The Mayor, Corporation, and people of Southampton, including Jack Matthews, who attempted the Australian flight with Hook, assembled at Atlantic Park, the site of the municipal airport, to welcome Bert Hinkler on his punctual arrival on the flight home in his historic Puss Moth. He was accompanied from Winchester by three machines attached to the Hampshire Aeroplane Club, of which he is a member. Hinkler, after his wife had greeted him, and the speeches and cheers had ended, declared the real way to see the world, accompanied by good service, safety, pleasure, and education, was by a good little British aeroplane.
