Undefended Divorces
A number of undefended divorce case* were dt with by his Honour, Mr. Justice MacGregor, in the Supreme Court, yesterday. Decrees nisi, to be made absolute at >the end of three calendar months, were granted in the following cases on the grounds stated: — Joseph George Hancock v. Dorothy Mary Hancock, desertion; Anne Caroline Yelverton v. Foster Goring Yelverton, separation; Leonary Percy Arthur v. Inez Madeline Hilda Jubilee Arthur, separation; James Richard Gardiner v. Eleanor Vera Gardner, adultery; Harold Waycott Lawrence Stone v. Madge Muriel Stone, separation; Gladys Giover v. Robert James Glover, adultery; Arthur Edward Manning v. Alice Margaret Creamer Manning, non-compliance with decree for restitution: William Alfred Makeham v. Lily May Makeham. adultery ; Patrick Francis Dwyer v. Ada May Dwyer, desertion ; Evelyn Alice Christina Morgan v. Ernest Morgan, adultery; Rube Simeon Fiegeltaub y. Gladys May Flegetaub, adultery; May Mayer v. William John Mayer, separation; .Tame* Lowry Candy v. Catherine May Candy, separation: Charlotte Woodcock v. Bernard Woodcock, adultery; Herbert William Harrhy v. Eliza Jane Hatrhy, adultery; Raimope Leonard Reeve v. Theresa Reeve, non-compliance with decree of restitution; Annetta Eliza Bate v. William Ernest Gordon Bate, desertion; Myra Brough v. Frederick Broughton Brough, separation ; William Ilinchcliffe Simmons v. Ethel Alice Simmons, adultery; Violet Minnie Julian v. Samuel Julian, senaration; Florence Cowie r. Wm. David Cowie, separation: Elizabeth Margaret Sullivan y. George Edward Sullivan. ~ senaration ; Granville William Gundy v. "Mavis Dorothy Cundy. adultery. Decrees for the restitution of conjugal rights were granted in the cases of Robert Tennysnn Bell v. Hinemoa L’lv Bell, and Jack Stewart Mitchell and Edna Edith Mitchell.
