A PICTURESQUE FUNERAL. A picturesque funcrnl’was that of Mynheer Van Klaes, one of the world’s greatest smokers. His boffin was lined with the cedar of cigar-boxes, his pipe, tobacco, and flint were placed beside him for use wherever he might go. The smokers of Rotterdam were invited to the funeral, and were presented with new pipes and good tobacco. They smoked during the ceremony, and at the words, .‘‘Ashes to ashes, dust to dust,” solemnly shook the ashes from their pipes upon the coffin-lid. Mynheer died at the ripe age of 83, which is exactly the same age as Dill’s Best. This famous old tobacco lias been giving satisfaction to many thousands of men, and every day the ranks of contented Dill’s Beat smokers grow.—Advt.
