The Premier, Dr. Schober, said that he hoped that this would Improve the European economic situation. i — — Austria has been 'forced to take this course of France, who made her much-needed-financial aid for the nearly-bank-rupt nation conditional upon the abandonment of the treaty. France demanded “complete , renunciation on political grounds.” •
