Old Players’ Association CHOICE OF REFEREES A list of old Soccer players is being compiled with a view to forming an Old Soccer Players’ Association. At the meeting of the Wellington management committee last evening, the chairman, Mr. AV. B. Hicks, referred to the project, and asked members of the committee knew old players who had represented Wellington to try and revive their interest in the sport. Fifth Division Cup final, to be played at Rongotai No. 2, 1.30 P-m. Sixth Division Cup—Waterside v. Marist, Crawford Green, 1.30 p.m. Auckland Visit. It was decided to write to the Auckland association expressing thanks for the visit of the team to Wellington. Thanks were also accorded Mr. F. Campbell, chairman of the New Zealand council, for his great assistance in entertaining the visiting team, and to Mr. J. G.
