LAING-MEASON MEMORIAL
The memorial to Mr. G. Laing-Meason, for 26 years consulting engineer to the Hutt River Board, is nearing completion. The stone is situated midway between tha old and new Hutt River bridges on the Lower Hutt side. A tablet has been placed in position which reads as follows : “In Hondur of G. Laing-Meason, M. Inst., C.E., Engineer to the Hutt River Board, 1898-1924.” . j
