Events Past and to Come VValwetu Club.—Play of a high standard .was revealed on Saturday, when a big field competed in a Canadian mixed foursome flag competition for the club captain’s trophy. The flag was planted at the nineteenth and twentieth holes by several pairs, 'but -was ultimately carried to tbe twentieth green by the winners, Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Wilson. The weekly bogey resulted In a tie between J. B. Wallace and H. K. Adamson, with cards of 1 down. Shandon Mid-Week Club. —Last week’s medal rdupd was won by Mrs. Mcllroy, 107—36—71.
