LEAKING GAS-PIPE
Sydney Sisters’ Deaths Sydney, August 28. The Government Analyst reported that the two Geary sisters died from gas-poisoning. The report substantiates the police theory that the victims were overcome /While asleep by gas escaping from a leaking pipe. Recently the bodies of two spinster sisters, Gertrude Geary, 56, and Eleana Geary, 59, were found in an advanced state of decomposition in a room in a cottage in Surry Hills.'
