Yesterday’s Weather It was a fine day in 'Wellington yesterday with about equal proportions of cloudiness and sunshine. A cold wind blew from the north. The weather was fine at. Auckland, but the sky was dull and overcast. A light breeze was blowing from the south. The weather at Christchurch was summerlike. the sun shining from a clear sky ami a north-west wind bringing the temperature up to 67 degrees. The barometer was falling steadily, the reading last night being 29.10. It was cloudy but fine at Dunedin, the thermometer registering 63 degrees. The wind was fresh from the northeast. The barometer was still falling and registered 29.25.
