Opening- of New Building

The new Wellington Boys’ College is to be formally opened on Tuesday next at 2.30 p.m. The opening remarks by the chairman of the Board of College Governors, will be followed by brief addresses by the headmaster, Mr. W. A. Armour, and the president of the Wellington College Old Boys’ Association, Colonel R. St. J. Beere. A selection of school songs will be given by the scholars, after which the opening ceremony will be performed by the Minister of Education, Hon. H. Atmore.
