London, May 6.
“The Times” correspondent at Madrid states that the new Parliament will consist of 400 members, one representing each 50,000 inhabitants. Priests, women and Civil Servants may be candidates. The voting age is twentythree. The army will be a 100,000 men in eight divisions.
