Supreme Court Sessions DEFENDED DIVORCES Light Criminal Calendar A light criminal calendar will be presented to Mr. Justice Reed and juries wnen the quarterly session of the Supreme Court opens on Monday. There are only six cases, three of them breaking, entering, and theft charges, one a charge of rape, one a charge of indecent assault on a male, and one a charge of theft as a servant. In the civil list there are several unusual cases and several claims for big amounts, chiefly concerned with claims for injuries caused through alleged negligent driving.
