SAILORS’ FRIEND SOCIETY
Mrs G A. Ginn was the hostess at the Sailors’ Friend Society on Tuesday. The performers were: Mrs. G. A. Ginn, Misses Adams, Greig, Chamberlain, Lewis, Allen, Fair, Read, and Messrs. Dempster, Stuart. Maitland, and Lough. Mrs. G. A. Ginn and Miss Read were at the piano. Light refreshments were dispensed by hostess and helpers. Mr. J. Moore, missinner, spoke on “From the Press. Pledges were added. , For the competitions prizes came from the hostess and wont to ships in port.
