Price of Flour
Sir, —In “The Dominion” I noticed a Dunedin baker correcting the erroneous statement about the price of flour. On behalf of our firm (Stormonts Ltd.), I wish also to protest, as the price of flour in our city is £lB/10/- per ton of 20001 b. as charged by the N.R. Mills. Some people do not even wish to pass these statements by, but in fairness to the baking trade in Auckland I think the responsible parties should at least find out the truth before placing same in print.—l am, etc., D.
