English Union’s Circular WELLINGTON DECISION “We should never have left them,” said a delegate at the annual meeting of the Wellington Rugby Union last evening, when, just before the meeting ended, Mr. J. Prendeville mentioned the circular letter received from the English Rugby Football Union withdrawing the dispensations granted New Zealand. The union decided, with very brief discussion, to adopt the English rules, and they will be played in Wellington this season.
