Car Conversion Charge ACCUSED IN COURT Stating that it was alleged that accused was the driver of the car concerned in the level-crossing accident at Paekaka riki on Tuesday evening, Sub-Inspector Ward, in order tliat further inquiries could be made, asked in the Police Court yesterday for a remand until Alarch 20. Eric John Bonner, aged. 23, was charged with converting to his own use a motor-car, value £265, the property of Allan William Howard Tilley.
