NATIONAL RIFLE MEETING
Marksmen at Trentham The annual meeting of the National Rifle Association will commence at Featherston on Friday and conclude with the match for the King’s Prize on Tuesday. It is difficult to say how many marksmen will take part in the meeting, for there are always a number of post entries. A good representation from Auckland and Invercargill is expected. A programme has been prepared on the basis of 200 entries, and liberal prize money will be awarded for all matches. The range at Trentham will be open tomorrow for prospective competitors to practice.
