ATTACK ON RUSSIAN
Agent’s Assailant Surrenders Tokio, March 16. The assailant of the Russian trade agent, Aniekeff, who was injured by shots fired while he was leaving his home, has surrendered to the police. He stated that his motive was indignation at the Soviet’s hampering Japan’s treaty rights in the Kamchatka fisheries.
