VISIT BY BOWLERS
Team from Manawatu A team of bowlers from the Manawatu centre will visit Wellington to-day, playing against individual clubs this morning and playing against representative teams at Wellington green this afternoon. Four rinks will play against Wellington club, commencing at 10 a.m. The Wellington club riuks will be: L. Blundell, Davy, W. H. Bennett. Warwick; W. Smith, B. Thompson. McArthur, E.‘ J. Hill; Coltman, McKeivie, G. S. Hill, Duncan; A. Goldfinch, Tregonniug, Innes-Jones, W. J. Thompson.Wellington club’s rinks in the representative game at 2 p.m. will be W. Berry, E. McKenzie, R. Roberts and H. Mayer. Other Games. The following Wellington club riuks, will meet Karori at Karori at 2 p.m. today : Dalrymple, Brice, Fowler, Porteous; Redmond, McKeivie, Liddle, Duncan. The following teams 'will represent the Newtown Bowling Club in a friendly match against Woburn on Saturday:— Away.—Stewart, Press, Newson, Laughton : Wilkinson, AlcLay. Gulre, Pollock. Home.—Cooper, Salmon, West, Duff: Rae, Watson, Stephenson, Priddle.
