CYCLISTS DEAD
Machine Out of Control Bv Telegraph—Press Association. ' Christchurch, March 13. Fatal injuries were received by James O’Connor, a single man, aged 24. who fell off a motor-cycle in Kilmore Street. Christchurch, this afternoon. Eye-witnesses stated that Mr. O Connor was riding comparatively slowly when the machine wobbled, swerved, became out of control, turned over and threw Mr. O’Connor clear. Mr. O Connor died on the way to the hospital. Victim of Collision By Telegraph—l'rcss Association. Auckland. March 13. The death of William Robert Wright, aged 28, the second of the two motorcyclists who were involved in a collision at Onehunga on Thursday, occurred today. Mr. Wright was married. The two motor-cyclists collided with a terrific impact’ at Mangere bridge on Thursday morning. Frank Edward Riesterer died yesterday afternoon, while Mr. Wright had his leg broken in three places.
