Amazing Charges Laid In Canada OPERATIONS OF, RING By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Rec. March 13, 10 pita.) Montreal, March 13. The existence of an alleged 8,000,000 dollar fake naturalisation paper ring, operated here in conjunction with Chicago gangsters, is being investigated by the. Department of Justice at Ottawa. According to Albert Chabot, naturalisation clerk, a Toronto judge has been appointed to hold an investigation. It is claimed that faked Canadian naturalisation papers are made out here for gangsters and gunmen whom the United States try to deport to Europe as undesirables. They are then deported to Canada and from there they manage to recross the border.
