HOLIDAYS
Holidays are here again, How happy we will be; We’ll laugh and play, And sing all day Down by the blue-green sea. Bathing, surfing, diving, too, And splashing in the water blue. The waves come tumbling on the land, Breaking the castles made of sand. .Splendid games on the beach we play. Rolling and tumbling on sand so gray', Ohl what a happy holiday. —Original, by Mary Greig, Wanganui (aged 10 years).
