SAILORS’ FRIEND SOCIETY
Yet another of the popular concerts for seafarers was given by Mr. J. Walton at the Sailors' Friend Society on Thursday. The programme was a varied one. and was fully enjoyed. The performers were Mesdames E. bellens and L. Newton. Misses J. Campbell. Ruth Miller. J. Walton, and Messrs. M. Urwln. F. Robson. H. Stephens. Miss JCampbell was at the piano. Competition prizes came from the Misses Morton, and were- eagerly fought for by ■ the ’men present. T|ie. committee and the "aiissloner desire to thank the donors of recent gifts.
